Liam Coughlin, founder of Coughlin Hospitality, grew up immersed in the hospitality world thanks to his parents’ long-standing careers in the industry. A former professional golfer, he discovered that his true passion lay beyond the fairways and, in 2025, transitioned into hospitality sales. He brings with him the same discipline, drive, and work ethic that defined his athletic career.

Today, Liam is focused on leading and inspiring the next generation of standout sales representatives. Outside of work, he treasures time with family and friends, cheers on his beloved Kansas City Chiefs, and enjoys winding down with a twilight round of golf.
